1. Choose Your Package & Addons

Select the option that best fits your photo collection. There's no need to count each photo; our weight-based tiers make it simple.

If your collection is under or over your chosen package, we'll be in touch straight away:

  • You'll only ever pay the difference if there's a little more to scan.
  • If it's lighter than expected, we'll refund the difference - no fuss, no hidden costs.
  • Upgrade to higher resolution scanning, album organisation or cloud delivery.

2. Book Your Collection Date

On the booking page, select a collection date that suits you. On the day, we'll send you a 2-hour collection window via email and SMS, so you’ll always know when to expect us.

  • Total peace of mind - every collection is sealed, logged, and tracked, creating a secure chain of custody from start to finish.
  • Personal, hassle-free collection - choose a date that suits you, with a confirmed two-hour arrival window by email and SMS.

You don’t need to sort everything perfectly - just group photos loosely by album, box, or envelope. We'll handle the rest.

3. Collection - Safe and Personal

Our team collects your photos in person - no couriers, no posting, no risk. We treat every order like a private archive, creating a clear chain of custody from your doorstep to our studio.

  • You'll receive updates confirming when your collection has been safely received and when scanning begins.
  • Your photos are treated as completely private from the moment they’re collected. We don’t use, share, or show your images to anyone outside Everstory - ever.

4. We Digitise - with Precision and Care

Once your photos arrive at our studio, we begin the careful process of bringing them back to life. Each image is cleaned, aligned, and scanned using professional equipment.

Your photos are scanned using professional archival scanners at high resolution, capturing every detail and colour true to the original. We remove dust, check alignment, and apply light correction to ensure consistency and clarity across your entire collection.

  • Gentle, hand-prepared scanning protects delicate originals while revealing every hidden detail
  • If you've provided albums, we maintain their order and naming — every image is kept in sequence and organised just as you stored it.

5. Delivery - Originals Returned, Archive Delivered

When your digitisation is finished, we’ll call you personally to arrange a convenient delivery time. Your originals are returned exactly as they were collected - protected, catalogued, and complete.

  • Prefer instant digital access? Upgrade to our Everstory Cloud Link, hosted securely via Dropbox.
